Pizza Dough

Method

1. Whisk the yeast into the water
2. Pour in the flour and salt
3. Mix it all together and knead the dough by hand for 15-20 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. If you think its ready knead it for 5 more minutes. Take this as your daily workout, it will suck.
4. If making pizza later today: Lightly cover the mixing bowl in olive oil, add the dough back and cover it lightly in olive oil. Let it rise for at minimum 4 hours at room temperature covered by a towel
5. If making pizza tomorrow: Split the dough evenly into 4 parts, and add each to a seperate container and cover lightly in olive oil and store sealed in the fridge.
